Some Quick Recipes

When I watched the movie Ratatouille, I didn’t even know what the name of the movie meant. Now I’m reading my son the book about the mouse Remy and Gusteau’s heir, Linguini, and I’m already imagining what it would be like to work in such a big and professional kitchen. Well, this year I also learned what it means to cook. I really like to mess around in the kitchen. I like to boil, bake, grill and feel the warmth and smell coming from pans and pots. I had so many utensils and some even needed to feel a little more attention, so this year I made them all happy. I will continue the description of some recipes tried this year as recipes for children, but also for us or as ideas for healthy cooking. Here are some quick recipes and somehow proof that „anyone can cook”.

Pudding with pasta and cheese – is a simple recipe quick to make, but at the same time tasty. Boil the pasta in salted water and a little oil or if you are left with a simple snack of the little one, they are very put. Put them in a tray with some yogurt already opened and forgotten in the fridge or with a fresh yogurt and if you want a little honey or sugar. I prefer to leave them simple only with the cheese resulting from boiling the yogurt oven. Thus it becomes a simple snack and user to take even with the package. It will have a good consistency to put in a box and set off.

 

 

 

Pasta with zucchini sauce, sour cream, tomato sauce, salt and pepper is again a simple cooking. Put the already cooked pasta in a glass bowl with a broken or a little oil. Cut a piece of zucchini into squares, a few teaspoons of sour cream, a little tomato sauce, salt and pepper and put everything in the oven. After about half an hour a simple and quick snack comes out that you can take with you if you have no ideas for the next day’s lunch or I can serve it in the evening.

 

A variant of the oriental salad is the rousse salad, which I even heard from some Russian colleagues that they make it quickly with what they have in the fridge. It is a kind of beef salad, only it does not have to have meat and can be made with vegetables left in the refrigerator. I made it with boiled carrots, parsnips and parsley, a few boiled and chopped mushrooms. I put chopped pickles or beets and added homemade mayonnaise. Did I put my mayonnaise recipe somewhere? I think there are so many mayonnaise recipes on the net, but I chose mayonnaise with yogurt.

 

 

 

O varianta a salatei orientale este salata a la rousse despre care am auzit chiar la niste colegi rusi ca o fac rapid cu ce mai au prin frigider. Este un fel de salata de beouf, doar ca nu trebuie sa aiba carne si poate fi facuta cu legume ramase prin frigider. Eu am facut-o cu morcov, pastarnac si patrunjel fierte, cateva ciuperci fierte si taiate. Am pus muraturi taiate sau sfecla rosie si am adaugat maioneza facuta in casa. Oare am pus pe undeva reteta mea de maioneza? Cred ca sunt atat de multe retete de maioneza pe net, dar eu am ales maioneza cu iaurt.

 

Cauliflower pudding is an alternative to pasta. You can use cauliflower with confidence. I bought a couple of cauliflowers that I boiled and portioned and put in the freezer in small portions for quick snacks like this. I take the cauliflower out of the freezer, put it in a glass bowl together with the contents of a box of cream cheese pearls, an on and after I mix them a little, I put them in the oven, where I leave them for more than half an hour. When they start to brown, take them out of the oven.

 

 

Spinach is a very healthy vegetable that I avoided for a long time until I discovered that I could keep my packets of boiled spinach in the freezer and take out as much as I needed for a small portion. I put it frozen in a saucepan with tomato sauce, a little sour cream and a small clove of garlic. A healthy dish comes out quickly, over which we can put a fried egg.

 

 

Quinoa is a recent discovery for me and I admit that it seems like a good alternative to rice. It’s just as easy to do. Put it to boil in water with oil and salt, maybe a little ground pepper. Boil like rice. Then it is eaten plain or with some meat. I didn’t get to reheat it because it ended immediately, so I don’t know how it behaves if it stays in the fridge.

Cous-Cous – Mediterranean egg pasta can be cooked like the pasta we know, but can also be fried in a little oil and then added to hot water to boil until it swells. They are good freshly made in plain form or with a sauce added over. I used them as a side dish to meat or plain with pesto sauce.

 

 

 

Hey, I unwittingly realized that I put very easy recipes but also fasting. With a few exceptions when there is a release of fish, you can be inspired by them for the week-long kicks. I didn’t know how to cook and this year I tried so many things, and I threw away so little food that I said to share my wonderful experience as a housewife and not let the world waste food. I put these recipes on paper in the rapidity of the past months, but I decided to make a calendar for the winter months – colors that give taste to the cold season so there will be a long and colorful list of dishes made with love.
