Partea umana a starii de urgenta
O data cu instaurarea starii de urgenta, autoritatile devin tot mai prezente. Oamenii simt incertitudine si se simt frustrati din cauza libertatilor restrictionate. Si intr-o lume care inca invata despre ce inseamna democratia cu autoritate si legi, e nevoie de un pic de umanitate. Asa ca apreciez ca foarte buna initiativa autoritatilor de a prezenta povestea umana a baiatului care face interpretare mimico-gestuala pentru surdo-muti in comunicatele facute de ministerul de interne. Este fix genul acela de umanitate de care avem nevoie cand avem armele ridicate inspre noi. Adica e totul foarte frumos pana cand libertatile ne sunt restrictionate. Si atunci ca multimea sa nu se revolte e nevoie de un pic de blandete pe care trebuie sa o arati cu atentie. Daca arati blandetea autoritatii, ea va parea ingaduitoare. Dar cand afli povestea unui om bun care se implica sa comunice demersul ne vom simti mai apropiati si de cauza implicit.
Si iata ca tanarul modest, in camasa, cravata si pulover are un nume, Bogdan. Are si o varsta si o pregatire ca sa ii dea competente in faptele sale. Mai mult decat toate aceste atribute, el vine voluntar si cand i se ofera ajutor din partea autoritatilor pe care le ajuta, acesta spune modest ca se descurca. A cerut doar o masca intrucat trebuie sa iasa din casa la veterinar cu pisica lui care are nevoie de tratament. Am inteles atunci ca sunt deja amorezata de acest baiat. Da, iubeste si animalele si face si voluntariat. Si atunci ar trebui si noi sa intelegem ca trebuie sa ajutam autoritatile in cazul pandemiei, sa facem ce face si Bogdan. Adica mai bine si mai sigur stam in casa, iesim doar daca e musai si incercam sa ii respectam pentru ca ei, autoritatile, isi risca viata pentru ca noi sa fim in siguranta. Este un model foarte bun de imblanzire a situatiei. Si de aceea am vrut sa vorbesc despre el.
In contextul in care lumea devine din ce in ce mai disperata pentru resurse, apare acest domn cu bune si voluntare intentii care vrea sa faca bine cu un altruism exemplar. Si noi stam la coada si ne certam cu ceilalti pentru o bucata de paine cand avem acasa in congelator paine pusa la pastrat. El incearca sa faca bine pentru ceilalti si sa salveze si animalul de companie. Si speranta ramane ca nu e singurul.
The Humane Story
Once the emergency state is on, the authorities become more present. People feel a certain insecurity or frustration from the sudden authorities imposing on their freedom. And in a world that is still learning what democracy means with authorities and laws, it’s necessary a bit of humanity. So I appreciate as very good the initiative of authorities to present the story of the guy who is doing language sign interpretation for the deaf people during the communications from Ministery of Internal Affairs. It is precisely that kind of humanity we need when guns are pointed towards us. I mean all is fine until our freedom is restricted. And then a bit of carefully expressed kindness is necessary for the masses not to rise in revolt. If you show kindness when trying to be authoritarian, everyone will disregard measures. But when the story of a good man who is volunteering to help the communication of measures we will suddenly feel empathy to the measures identifying ourselves with the kind man with the kind face expressing so much passion in his signs.
And the modest young man, in shirt, tie and pulover has a name, Bogdan, age and even diplomas to make him professionally fit in his job. More than these atributes, he is volunteering and when asked by the authorities he is helping if he needs any help, he is so modestly answering he can manage. He asked for a face mask as he needs to take his cat to the vet as it needs daily treatment. It was after this last fact that I realised even I love this guy. Yes, he loves animals and he is doing selfless gestures. And then we should also understand we need to help the authorities, to do what Bogdan does. Better to stay in, go out only if absolutely necessary and try to respect them, as they are risking their lives for us to be safe. It’s a very good example of taming of the situation. And that is why I wanted to talk about him.
As the world becomes desperate for immediate resources, comes this man with good and volunteer intentions who wants to do good totally selfless. And we are all staying in line and arguing over a piece of bread when we have at home in the refrigerator a bunch while he is trying to do good to others and save his pet. And hope is that he is not the only one.
